Thirsty Thursday Showlights

Bondy was back after a short stint in sunny New Zealand today, taking full credit for the rise in temperature and the corresponding reduction in snow and ice in Amsterdam.  Today we discussed several points-of-view in the ongoing dramas related to Geert Wilders.

In the first half of the show Iz expanded our Dutch vocabularies with koffee dik kijken - check out what it means on the replay of the show as well as bringing another taste of musical magic from the Bromheads in the album review.

In the Second half of the show Charin filled us in on this day in History, reminding us that it is the birthday of Geena Davis and Amy Veerman from the Tuesday show.  Happy birthday Amy!!!!!

We finished up the show with a very interesting interview with Mark from Navigon who brought us the top 5 girls gadgets on www.girlsgadget2009.nl

    Correction Bondy, it’s “koffiedik kijken” and …don’t forget to download Bromhead’s January single ‘Magic Number’!
